   The weather in our country frequently changes. It’s hot, pretty hot, sometime very hot. So, take good care of your health. Most days I need to work outside at wherever I can have a seat in a chilling place. Laan Coffee is a HIP and cool place.

   I met with Khun Nuch and Khun Boom, lovely owner.  Khun Boom suggested a cup of Espreso to me who is inexpert about coffee. You know! It was good taste, soft and not much coffee fragrant. By the way there are different strong coffees too and ice cappuccino is the most favorite one for a lot of its guests.  If you love kind of trendy coffee, you should try a cup of “Laan Coffee”.  

Not only coffee but also many different types of drink are available such as “Very Cocoa”, a perfect cup of strong cocoa on cocoa ice which still keeping its really cocoa taste every time you sip from the cup even the ice melted, aromatic green tea with milk and honey, intense Matcha green tea, and honey lemon soda which is a good refreshment glass of honey lemon compote with soda.

  

 These are only parts and there are many great menus for you to try. It is daily opened at 8.00 am to 9.00 pm .

Coffee shop is still in business trend and one of the careers some people desire. I have traveled to many provinces in Northeastern part of Thailand. Do you know that nowadays there are more than ten awesome and trendy coffee shops in every city of each province among the region? I thought that today Northeastern people life style has been much more knowledge about coffee and different tastes. I therefore in this issue would like to present a unique trendy coffee shop, the Papilio Dessert.

The shop is on Suppasit Road, the main road in the heart of Ubonratchathani Province, and next to Wat Sawang Arom Temple. This shop was introduced to me to try some tea, coffee, and bakery by my friends. This shop is quite new established. It is with very good atmosphere and good decoration.

 I mostly love the bakeries. Several types of bakeries and provided and the signatures are caramel macaron and pistachio macaron. I had tried some and it tastes good. Moreover you shouldn’t miss a very good drink, mocha affogato, a typically Italian coffee, a cup of perfect mix of coffee, vanilla ice cream and caramel whipped cream. 

The reason which makes me present this coffee shop to you is because I was impressed with its perfect decoration and comfortable atmosphere. Sometimes we can be pleased by sipping from a cup of good coffee in a beautiful surrounding shop and it would bring up inspirations for some people as well. It is grateful that there is such beautiful coffee shop and worthy for the consumers as well as a good place of inspiration. Sawasdee Ubon.

In a raining day with a bit lonely feeling, I still stayed at Ubonratchathani Province. On that day in the afternoon I went to meet some of my friends at a coffee shop named “Take a Break”. That day is an impressive day for me. Take a Break is a coffee shop located in the area of “Ubon Square”, a new shopping complex for shopping lovers in the province. There are a lot of food stuffs and food shops within the complex.

When I stepped into the “Take a Break”, I felt comfortable and relax among smiling-face friendly waiters and waitresses. I came to the shop before my friends and I was not so familiar with the place. By the way I luckily met Khun Golf, the shop’s owner who is friendly. He came to me with welcoming greeting which made me feel so much relax. While talking with him, he told me that he had created own-home-feeling atmosphere for the customers and they will feel as if they are having food at their homes. He then suggested a signature cup of coffee called “Take a Break”, the same name of the shop. It is a cup of three layers. The top layer is coffee. The middle one is a layer of milk and red color syrup layer is the bottom one. It is a special recipe of this shop. To take this cup of coffee, you have to use a straw and drink from the bottom of the cup. You will firstly get sweet following by milky and bitter of coffee and finally they will mix perfectly in your mouth. I assure that this cup will be a favorite one for coffee loves.
Beside coffee, there are many bakeries you can have as well. By the way I’d like to recommend crepe cake and New York cheese cake. Moreover some of homemade bakeries are better choices such as honey toast and others. These bakeries will greatly satisfy you. I promise.

Khun Golf is very soon going to open the second branch of the shop on the second floor at Central Plaza Ubonratchathani. And again the first branch is in Ubon Square. It is easily to be found however to make sure about the direction; please call 082-828-4455. The shop opens daily at 9:00 am to 8:30 pm. In such a rainy season as today nothing is better than sitting and talking with your heart mate while enjoying with your favorite type of coffee or other drinks and siding with luscious bakeries. Take a Break is one of the good answers.
